SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Des Moines man is behind bars in Sioux Falls following a large fight over the weekend. Tekeze Kalifa is charged with aggravated riot. He’s accused of shooting someone downtown during the fight.
“Callers had estimated that there was a number of people between 30 to 75 people that were fighting outside of the business. As officers arrived in the area, they heard a gunshot nearby,” said Sgt. Aaron Benson with SFPD.
