SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – In this First Alert Update, new charges have been added in a Sioux Falls homicide case near 12th and Cleveland Street in September 2024.
Court records show Robin Joseph Swallow of Pine Ridge is now facing 14 felony counts, including first-degree murder, kidnapping, and a habitual offender enhancement.
