SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO)– The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) said they have arrested a Belle Fourche man in connection with a death investigation in Wyoming.
DCI said on August 9, 2026, the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation was called by the Newcastle Police Department to assist with a death investigation. The deceased suffered from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.
Judge gives driver of deadly crash shorter sentence
They said the investigation is ongoing and includes scene processing, physical evidence analysis, digital evidence analysis, and interviews. Based on the evidence gathered thus far, law enforcement arrested Drake Ingalls, age 24, of Belle Fourche, South Dakota.
