SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) — The mother of a Sioux Falls teenager who was killed in a crash more than two years ago says justice has not been served now that the man responsible for killing her daughter will spend less time in prison.
A judge ruled Thursday that Damion Laurelez will now serve 30 years instead of the original 40 years he received after pleading guilty to first-degree manslaughter.
