Sioux Falls, S.D. (KELO) – A new elementary school is opening in Brandon, South Dakota, marking the continuing expansion efforts being made by the town.
Burkman Valley Elementary is set to have its first day of school alongside other Brandon schools this upcoming Wednesday, the 26th. This school will be the fifth elementary school built within the Brandon Valley School District.
The new school is located on the far east side of Brandon, in a new development area located next to the Country Club Estates.
