GRANITE—A 35-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, woman was arrested about 8:20 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, near Granite on charges of first-offense operating while under the influence, and first-offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana.
The arrest of Jodi Beth Peters stemmed from the stop of a 2011 Honda Accord for a traffic violation on Apple Avenue north of Granite, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
The strong odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle, and multiple THC pre-rolls and a THC cartridge were found in the vehicle…
