SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A 19-year-old has been arrested after allegedly raping a minor on Monday.
Steven Bradley Yates, of Sioux Falls, was taken to jail for 4th-degree rape, sexual contact without consent and sexual exploitation of a minor, Sioux Falls Police said during Tuesday’s briefing.

According to Sioux Falls Police Sgt. Aaron Benson, around 7:30 a.m., a caller reported that an adult man had raped a juvenile in the area of 15th Street and Western Avenue. Officers investigating the incident said Yates admitted to sexually assaulting the juvenile.
Benson stated that police are limited in providing details because the incident involved a minor. The investigation continues…
