SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The City of Sioux Falls has announced road construction projects that will impact parts of the city starting Tuesday, September 1.
Minnesota Avenue Construction
Starting on Wednesday, September 2, traffic will move to the east two lanes of Minnesota Avenue, from West 2nd Street to West 8th Street.
Work will begin on the west side of Minnesota Avenue, including pavement removals, replacement of a 36-inch diameter water main, storm drainage installation, new concrete pavement with a center median, traffic signals, and street lighting
Lane Closure – S Western Avenue and W Ralph Rogers Road
On Tuesday, September 1, starting at 8:30 a.m., the outer southbound lane of S Western Avenue will be closed at the intersection of W Ralph Rogers Road so crews can perform accessible curb ramp repairs.
