SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – The former Citibank campus in northern Sioux Falls has been sold to Vern Eide.
The large commercial real estate deal was finalized Thursday. A spokesman with Vern Eide confirmed the purchase was signed by Vern Eide CEO Jim Lake with KELOLAND News Thursday afternoon.
