Sioux Falls man now charged with manslaughter after brother was found dead in truck

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – In a First Alert Update, a man is facing manslaughter charges in connection with the death of his brother, whose body was discovered inside a truck in Sioux Falls.

Court documents show 53-year-old Jeromy Willard is charged with first-degree manslaughter (heat of passion) and possession of a controlled substance. Police confirmed Willard and the victim, 47-year-old Levi Phillips, were brothers.
