The average price of a home sold in Sioux Falls set a monthly record in September, and overall sales increased nearly 16 percent.
The record-setting average price was $456,855, up 19.4 percent over the same time last year and well beyond the highest month for average price this year, which was $412,105 in June, according to the Realtor Association of the Sioux Empire.
