SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The City of Larchwood has announced that it was awarded two loans that will be used to fund a new development center for the city.
In a Facebook post on Tuesday, the city announced it was awarded two $1,000,000 loans at 0% interest. One of the loans was through Lyon REC, an electric company, and the other through L&O. Repayment of the loans will be made over the course of 10 years…
