SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Baskin Robbins will soon serve up scoops in Sioux Falls.
October building permits show a site at 2300 S. Minnesota Ave. will be changed from a coffee shop to a combination of Jimmy Johns and Baskin-Robbins location. One application dates back to August.
