Overall activity in the Sioux Falls housing market slowed noticeably in October compared with a year ago, with new listings and closed sales both showing double-digit declines.
There were 203 closed sales in the city for October, according to the Realtor Association of the Sioux Empire Inc., down 26 percent from last year.
