South Dakota could soon see a statewide domestic violence fatality review commission

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) – A statewide initiative was unveiled Monday by South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley and Minnehaha County State’s Attorney Daniel Haggar focused on fighting against domestic violence. Push for about $518,000 to help the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office, the Minnehaha County State’s Attorney, South Dakota Voices for Peace, and a partnership with the Pennington County State’s Attorney.
