SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – A bill on driverless vehicles moved through the House Thursday but it wasn’t exactly a speedy journey. The House approved House Bill 1095 in a 43-25 vote after a lengthy floor discussion. The bill provides for the regulation of Level 4 and Level 5 driverless vehicles already in use in some states.
