More fog and clouds are covering eastern and central KELOLAND. You can see the frost too on the trees on the Pierre camera as of 7am. Dense fog advisories cover several areas, but not Sioux Falls. The clouds will hand around today in much of the east and temperatures will hold steady in the 30s.
