HARRISBURG, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Tamra Huffman is an 8th-grade American history teacher in Harrisburg and a National Oratory Fellow through Ford’s Theatre in Washington, DC. Because of her dedication to teaching public speaking, Huffman will be able to take two of her students to D.C. in May to deliver speeches at the Ford Theatre and on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.
