LARCHWOOD-A 34-year-old Rock Rapids man was cited Tuesday, Jan. 30, on a charge of fifth-degree theft. The citing of Kyle Eugene Wilkerson stemmed from him taking food without permission or paying for it about 11 a.m. that day from his employer, Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort northwest of Larchwood, according to the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
