SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – A portion of Western Avenue is closed this midday due to a water main break. Western Avenue is closed between 13th Street and 15th Street as crews work on repairs. City officials say traffic will be re-opened as soon as the asphalt is ready.
