FLANDREAU, S.D. (KELO) – Charges are now filed against the suspect in the death of a Moody County Chief Deputy, who was killed during a pursuit on Friday. According to the South Dakota eCourts online system, Joseph Hoek of Sioux Falls is charged with first-degree murder and aggravated eluding.
