SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – By the end of 2024, drivers in Sioux Falls might be able to use the first segment of South Veterans Parkway. Construction on the more than $200 million, 8.7 mile project connecting Interstate 29 to Interstate 90 started in June 2023 with the first two-mile segment between Cliff Avenue and Western Avenue in southern Sioux Falls.
