INWOOD-A rural Inwood man was arrested Sunday, Feb. 11, on a charge of assault causing bodily injury or mental illness. The arrest of Donnovan Axel Avila-Castelan stemmed from him pinning a minor to the ground at his residence at 2721 Cherry Ave., about four miles south of Inwood, according to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office.
