BALTIC, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The dream of owning a home became a reality for one Baltic family on Friday. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sioux Falls – along with the Sioux Area Growth Alliance and the Baltic Area Development Foundation – held a home dedication ceremony to celebrate the collaboration.
