SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) — We’re going to be dealing with the wind the rest of the week with wind gusts ranging between 30 and 40 mph on average throughout the afternoon hours. We’re also tracking another round of rainfall which is going to be returning tonight primarily along and south of I-90. This will be out of here by mid Thursday morning.
