SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A man riding a motorcycle in Sioux Falls was kidnapped at gunpoint over the weekend. Sioux Falls Police say a man and a woman were riding a motorcycle just before 10 p.m. on Saturday when they noticed a vehicle following them for around 10 minutes.
