SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A Take Back the Site community prayer vigil took place Monday to honor Tanisha Bruguier, who was shot and killed on September 4. Bruguier was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a home on the 6000 block of West Tanager Place. Life-saving measures were attempted, but she died on the scene.
