Think 3D Solutions , of Sioux Falls, has opened a work retreat space, Culture Cove near Vermillion where teams, leaders and communities can come together in a calming and safe environment.
The new space, which held a ribbon cutting to mark the opening on Friday, includes a large dining and meeting space, 13 hotel bedrooms with 25 beds, an industrial kitchen, a large patio space, a sauna and plunge pool, a massage chair and a state-of-the-art gym. The building, which used to be a hunting lodge, sits on 10 acres of land.
Think 3D Solutions, a consulting company focusing on organizational culture and leadership development, acquired the property in February. The idea was to create “a safe place” for business and organization teams to further develop workplace culture, comradery and community, according to Vaney Hariri, Think 3D Solutions Chief Culture Officer and Co-Founder .
