LARCHWOOD-A 28-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, woman was arrested about 5:50 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4, on charges of first-offense operating while under the influence, operating a nonregistered vehicle, no valid driver’s license and failure to provide proof of vehicle liability insurance at Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort northwest of Larchwood.
