Development for Phase 3 runs along the riverfront, Steel District offices and Kiwanis Park. A walking path has been created to connect the other two phases, along with artwork, landscaping and seating areas.
KELOLAND News reported in September 2023 , during the project’s groundbreaking, that the Lloyd family donated $750,000 for phase 3. The project is expected to cost $11 million in total.
Phase 1 of this plan, which kicked off in 2004, was completed in 2010 and included the amphitheater on the east side of the river, as well as the pedestrian bridge, which spans the bridge alongside the Arc of Dreams.
