SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A neighbor said a woman and child were never allowed to leave their apartment, and that’s not all.
“Unfortunately, it started at the very beginning. There was something very off,” Nikki Bauman said.
On Thursday, 43-year-old Kyle Huff and Amanda Huff were booked into the Minnehaha County Jail . Kyle Huff is accused of raping the same woman for nearly five years. Amanda Huff was initially charged with domestic abuse. As of Monday afternoon, she’s also charged with abuse or neglect to a disabled adult and misprision of a felony, or concealing a crime.
