SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Sioux Falls man faces a total of 11 counts, including four felony counts, of attempted first-degree murder of a law enforcement officer.
Samir Albaidhani is accused of shooting a Sioux Falls Police officer , stealing a car and leaving town. Attorney General Marty Jackley said the incident took place in Sioux Falls on April 1, 2025.
Officials still investigating massive business fire in rural South Sioux City
On Wednesday, Albaidhani was indicted by a Union County Grand Jury. He also faces charges in Minnehaha County related to the officer-involved shooting in Sioux Falls.
