SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Dakota News Now weekend anchor Cooper Seamer has been recognized for his work on a story that crosses the Atlantic Ocean.
Last summer, Cooper participated in the RIAS Berlin Commission program. He spent two weeks in Berlin, Cologne and Brussels to explore journalism overseas.
