Window peeking incident leads to standoff with Sioux Falls SWAT team

SIOUX FALLS — A window peeking incident ultimately led to a standoff with a SWAT team in Sioux Falls on Thursday, ending with the arrest of a suspect.

Police spokesman Sam Clemens said the incident began at approximately 7:30 a.m. Thursday, May 8, when a 45-year-old woman in the 600 block of West 12th Street noticed a man peeking into the windows of her residence.
