SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The city recently renewed its partnership with South Dakota Urban Indian Health to provide street outreach services to those experiencing homelessness.
During the One Sioux Falls media briefing on Wednesday, the outreach team shared a review of the impact its work has had so far.
