A mission to develop more attainable housing

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – It often seems like new apartment complexes are going up in Sioux Falls almost everyday and Mailbox Money is among the development companies bringing in more housing to the city.

There are new apartments in southeastern Sioux Falls and the company behind them, Mailbox Money, has one goal in mind as it develops more complexes — solve the affordable housing crisis.
