ROCK VALLEY—A 20-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, woman was arrested about 10:40 p.m. Thursday, July 31, in Rock Valley on charges of first-offense possession of alcohol under legal age, possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts.
The arrest of Alani Kith Witt stemmed from the investigation of a man pushing her into a vehicle and loud arguing on 15th Street near 15th Avenue, according to the Rock Valley Police Department.
Witt was highly intoxicated, stumbling around and falling and would not provide her name or other information until 30 minutes into the investigation, according to the incident report…
