SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Thunderstorms in KELOLAND have produced more severe weather the past 24 hours. A tornado was spotted on the North Dakota border near I-29 around 5:30pm.
Heavy rain has caused flash flooding again, with the heaviest totals overnight just northeast of Huron.
