SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The water advisory for northeast Sioux Falls has been lifted.
The city issued the advisory Tuesday afternoon and instructed people to boil any drinking water before consuming.

“Residents in the impacted area can resume consuming or using water for drinking, cooking, and all other purposes without having to boil it first,” a news release from the city said.
On Tuesday, a utility contractor, hired by the city, was in the process of cleaning and testing a new water line before putting it into service, according to a news release from the city.
