SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — For 62 years, the streets of downtown have been filled with art one day out of the summer for the sidewalk arts festival. And this weekend the annual favorite is back. In this morning’s Flashback Friday, KELOLAND’s Perry Groten takes us back to 1985 to see what was being showcased during the outdoor event.
