SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Downtown Sioux Falls was hopping on Saturday as the Washington Pavilion of Arts and Science celebrated its 62nd annual Sidewalk Arts Festival.
The free outdoor event welcomed more than 230 vendors featuring regional artists, artisans, non-profit organizations, and food vendors.
