SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The Governor’s Office released details regarding the layout of the new prison and where cuts were made to fit the price tag agreed to by the Project Prison Reset Task Force.
At the final task force meeting, the firms responsible for constructing this prison, JE Dunn and Henry Carlson, said they were going to make the established $650 million price tag work.
