Sioux Falls property owners are facing major expenses for the removal of trees being killed by the Emerald Ash Borer but there is some relief in sight. City officials have announced the CommuniTree Program. A five-year three-million-dollar grant from the USDA to plant over 25-hundred new trees in the public right-of-way.
