“This is located down at Falls Park. It’s on the west bank, and it’s a historical plaque that talks about Hazel O’Connor. Hazel was born in 897 here in Sioux Falls, and she lived a lovely life here. She had a family, was married, had children, and did a ton for her community. Like, if you want to feel lazy, listen to all the different organizations that she was involved in,” said Kent.
