SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A man from Kyle, South Dakota, has been sentenced to nearly six years for his involvement in a drug distribution conspiracy.
In a news release from the U.S. Department of Justice, Nathan Tobacco-Clifford, 49, was sentenced Friday after pleading guilty on April 23, 2025.
Man arrested after Saturday road rage incident
Tobacco-Clifford distributed meth in Pine Ridge and Rapid City. He and several others would travel to Greeley, Colorado, to obtain meth from codefendant Misty Hornbeck.
Tobacco-Clifford and other co-conspirators were caught in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, coming back from one of their trips. The codefendants admitted to selling meth to support their drug use.
