SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A state prison offender who was being held at Jameson Prison in Sioux Falls died Wednesday.
Smoke shop owners indicted in undercover sting
A news release from the Department of Corrections said Frank Twiggs, 64, died in a comfort care setting at the prison.
Twiggs was serving a sentence for first-degree burglary from Pennington County.
