Thousands of dollars has been raised for a Le Mars Community Middle School student recently diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome.
Sixth grade student Jae’Cion Klave was airlifted to an ICU unit at the Sanford Children’s Hospital in Sioux Falls over the weekend, after experiencing severe illness, pain, and limited mobility. Klave was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a rare autoimmune disease that affects the nervous system.
Pizza Ranch in Le Mars held an emergency fundraising event last night, and a GoFundMe page has raised over $4,500 for Klave’s family…
