Family members remembering Hailey Barrick, push for legislation

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Now hosting its second-annual rally for suicide awareness and prevention, Hailey’s Legacy is still looking to prevent those with mental health issues from purchasing a firearm to take their own life.

Almost two years ago, Hailey Barrick was placed into a behavioral health center and released less than 24 hours later.
