Farmers are spending long hours in the field, especially during harvest, and there is nothing more frustrating for a farmer than knowing that they are working twice as hard for half the pay. Warren Bachman is a soybean farmer in Iowa.
“This is awfully discouraging. You know, we do our very best to grow a good crop, to feed the world, and then we can’t hardly give it away,” said Bachman.
