CANTON, S.D. (KELO) — Justin Rackley decided three people’s fates when he fired a gun at a Sioux Falls get-together. On Friday, he learned his own fate at the Lincoln County Courthouse in Canton.
Rackley was sentenced to three life sentences without parole to be served consecutively, plus 30 years for aggravated assault.
In June of 2024, Rackley murdered Daniel Kemnitz, Kellie Reaves, and Michael Thompson. Rackley had just met the victims that night.
